consists of 14 private homes that date from 1740 when it served as
Charleston's waterfront district. The owners choose to paint the homes
in a rainbow of colors. Theses houses can still be seen today in
historical downtown Charleston, SC. Charleston's newest bridge The New Cooper River Bridge Known as Arthur Ravenel, Jr Bridge. The bridge was opened to traffic on July 9, 2005, the main span is 1,546 ft. and the two diamond towers are 575 ft. high.
